| THE MAAA |
The MAAA is a not-for-profit organization, tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3)
of the Internal Revenue Code,
and administered entirely by volunteers. The purpose of the Organization is to
encourage and enhance
enjoyment of the accordion by its members and to facilitate sharing accordion
music with the community.
An Open Invitation
You are cordially invited to visit during our monthly meetings, which are open
to the public. See and hear, first
hand, what makes the MAAA the place to be for accordion enthusiasts.
Become a Member
Membership in the MAAA indicates a commitment to supporting the purpose of the
Organization. Dues cover
the cost of operating the Organization and conducting its regular programs.
Membership in the MAAA is open
to accordion players of all skill levels, as well as to non-players with an
interest in accordions and accordion
music. The annual dues amount is $45 for an individual, or $55 for a dual
membership which includes a spouse
or partner. Dues payments are deductible for income tax purposes. A copy of the
Organization’s By-Laws is
available upon request.
To join, simply complete the
MAAA Membership Application Form
and mail it and
your dues payment to the
address indicated. Alternatively, you can submit your application in person at
an upcoming monthly meeting.

(The Board of Directors and Officers are elected by the members for two-year
terms.)
